Forma.8 Looks to Attract Avid Gamers
Recalling titles like Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, Super Metroid, Badlands and even the movie Wall-E, the mesmerising Forma.8 is an indie iPad game that casts you as an exploration probe left stranded and alone on an alien planet. You have a life or death mission to complete, with Captain Kirk-like odds of success. It’s an action adventure, which hopes to attract “avid gamers” with is nostalgic gameplay, but we’re hopeful that its unique control style will open the door to players of all shapes and histories. Check out this very impressive gameplay trailer – we love the soundscape in particular.
Forma.8 will be released to App Store soon and looks like a must own for ipad indie game fans.
