Crazy Monkey Studios' Empire: The Deck Building Strategy Game tuned a lot of heads with its successful mix of strategy gameplay and card-based combat, which resulted in rewarding tactical depth. So much so, it snuck into our 50 Best Indie iPad Games of 2013 article. We've got good news, too, as the game has just been reduced to 99c - we're not sure how long it will last, so if you want to snap it up, you can grab it here.
